@anon90843118, I wouldn’t want to be in your shoes. I believe in eating just what I want, when I want, however much I want, and however I want it too. I would despise a diet of hummus, carrots, broccoli, and garbanzo beans. Please refer to my thread called: I’m excited about… under the Health and Recovery category.
I don’t even allow hummus lol. But I do eat meat fish chicken eggs. OK I’ll have a look
