Over the last 3 days I have started walking the dog daily for around 30 minutes instead of every other day and doing 2 sets of 30 or so squats, one set in the morning and one set in the evening. I could probably do more, but I am working my way up. I need to lose weight and burn off blood sugar. I plan to ramp up my exercise more and more as long as my motivation holds.
I walk on the treadmill Monday through Friday for half an hour each day because my stepmom got me a gym pass. I’m going to ask her not to get me any more gym passes because I’ve been walking and dieting for over a year and I weigh almost as much as I did last year so I’m giving up exercising and dieting. I just can’t lose weight on Invega Trinza.
I am doing a weights based workout for 30 minutes gradually increasing and adding more exercise. Jog and ride bike depending on weather. I tend to keep it simple but feeling a lot stronger after a month or so of regular weights. I do an all round body workout and probably need to target groups now as the next step and I’ve added a couple of rest days…plan is 3 days on then 1 day off. My daily steps has gone down from 20,000 to my minimun of 13,500…but usually between 15,000 and 20,000 daily
I just walk in the house back and forth using a step counter on my phone. My max at home so far is 18k but that was last year, this year max at home is 13k steps. Very rarely I do weights but I end up in pain unable to extend my arms for a week.
I walk 6 - 12 km/day depending on weather. Squats daily. Tai chi every couple of days depending on weather (I prefer to do it outside). Occulus exercise each evening.
Anywhere between 10 minutes a day or 30 minutes or zero minutes. Today I took two walks, which is unusual for me. It’s the best thing I can do for myself.
