Took the dog for a walk
I’m going to start weight lifting tomorrows again. It’s recommended to do it for 3 days of the week.
I’m in. Back doing 20,000 steps a day with a lot of jogging on the spot. If weather is good back into outdoor jogging tomorrow hopefully. Did my little weights circuit again today. That is 3 days in a row and seeing it’s payday this wed I have money in the bank still so going to buy two 10kg weights in the morning. Just gives me some more variety without having to change weight stacks all the time.
Feeling good and strong so it’s working. Put on a little too much weight over winter here though. Too much of a good time!
I do pump twice a week for 50 minutes and dance three times a week for half a hour.
Been doing this for a month now.
Unfortunately I don’t see any results physically but my mood is better and I don’t want to drink alcohol during the day anymore.
How long does it take to see results?

When I was going to the gym for two hour sessions I was still overweight.
Only way I’ve managed to lose weight is by eating less n eating so little it would be seen as anorexic and malnourished and i don’t want to do that.
Better be chubby and nourished I think.
I really want to lose atleast ten kg.
I can’t eat less or I’ll be malnourished.

Is the best bang for your buck for well beeing. Every professional athlete does side work on the gym! Getting strength and cardio are the fundamentals! And it´s the fastest way to see changes in your body composition.

I think the point is to make any effort to move a bit…
then a pull up bar can be used in multiple ways for upper body. You can push/pull it.
There are tons of other exercises you can do at the gym. Don’t let that stop you.
Drink a lot of liquids if you are going to exercise daily or almost everyday because of the intensive sweating & perspiration. Also, fat:muscle ratio will be altered if you continue say 1 week to 2 weeks into your fitness schedule.
