I ride my bicycle a lot, today I rode over 20 kilometers, I think this exercising is quite helpful for my mind and body, I do not own a car and so I cycle also to take care of things.
I exercise 30 minutes everyday.
I rode 14mi nonstop last night. That’s about my average ride. But I’m cycling on a mountain bike so it’s a little harder to pedal than a rode bike. I also lift 2-3 times a week. Going to start jogging more.

I walk/jog for at-least 30 minutes 5 times a week, motivation is my biggest hurdle
I exercise everyday for 20 to 35 minutes doing yoga. I also practice piano every day for 60 minutes. That burns calories too.
I used to a lot before the hospital, now I get overheated easily. It sucks, I can’t even walk around Walmart for a long time
I do a fair bit and get some really good results. I’ve gone from sleeping 10 hours or so a day down to around 8 or less. Sometimes I’ll have a nap but coffee and exercise gives me better motivation than I’ve had for years.
I think it’s a simple thing you can do to get good beneficial results. Physically and mentally.

Around 2-3 times a week. I used to exercise more. This week, for example, depression kicked and I haven’t even gone for a walk.
LS! For years I did not exercise and my liver was in a bad shape and I got diabetes type two. About a year ago I started exercising again. My liver is healthy now and I am almost over my diabetes.

Monday: Quinoa with vegetables, Dumbbell exercises with 30 lbsdumbbells for 25 minutes, walk some, maybe Youtube Tai Chi with David-Dorian Ross
Tuesday: pumpkinsoup, going to the gym, walk some
Wednesday: quinoa with vegetables, two times twenty minutes on my Concept2 rower, walk some, Youtube Tai Chi with David-Dorian Ross
Thursday: fast, two times twenty minutes on my Concept2 rower
Friday: pumpkinsoup, exercise with 30 Lbs dumbbels for 25 minutes, walk some
Saturday: quinoa with vegetables, going to the gym, walk some
Sunday: fast, two times twenty minutes on my Concept2 rower
My weight is 300 Lbs, my blood pressure 130/75, in the gym I do the maximum weight of the machines,eg leg extension 250Lbs.
