I ride my bicycle and sometimes I have walks in my neighborhood.
Me to. my favourite one is weight lifting… But the supplements are a pain…
I move heavy stuff all day at work, no need for the gym
Lately I have increased my walking
I’m not happy unless I’ve done one hour
On Sunday I do no walking
I have been jogging and started yoga but kept cancelling cos sleep deprived.
I take a walk every night. In addition to that , I dance with ballroom music at home.
I go for a distance run every second morning - right now i’m up to 3.5 km nonstop. Pushing for 5 km soon. Otherwise, i go for long walks on the treadmill. Usually each morning and evening.

I use dumbbells for full body workouts. Not at the same time obviously, switch it up. And I drink protein

I walk, but need to do more. The student I take care of now loves to run. I hurt myself running with him the other day. I need better shoes.

Do some free weights and other exercises like jumping jacks, planks and push ups. Starting to add more as I advance. I’ve found it’s easier to do once you start!
Weight bearing exercise is great. Bike is good but you need that weight bearing exercise for sure!
