I think that exercising is very important for us, SZ people. Often when I ride my bicycle I stop and sit on the park benches and just watch people driving their cars.

I probably did a total of 45 minutes of walking today.
32 minutes of stationary cycling. Cutting back on total time, because too much exercise+higher dose of metformin results in insane hunger and overfeeding.
Early days yet but I’ve done my 11,500 steps jogging on the spot. Plan on doing some weights and going for a real jog in a while. I work from Sunday to Sat for my fitness routine.
