Try the supplement Niacinamide (also known as nicotinamide.) It hits the same receptors as nicotine, and stops cravings.

Be strong! The urge will pass, I promise! I haven’t smoked since 2012 and I still randomly get urges, but I promise if you distract yourself long enough it’ll pass!
Make yourself a fancy cocoa or coffee drink or pudding. Do something to keep your hands busy.
