They’re not worth dying. I agree. I feel i have the sanity to not be influenced by voices. I am strong because of my zyprexa. But I still hear them.

I give the voices the 'Treatment #3" when they insist on being a pain in my behind.
I just nod my head half-heartedly and say in a flat, uninterested way,
'Sure, sure, right, ok, I’ll have to get back with you on that."
then I continue on with trying to look like I’m doing something important while actually doing nothing…

Treatment 3. Right. I just write them down in my smartphone and create a pdf. Now I am on the 3rd book of voices. I started some weeks ago
