I thought something similar but to die and be resurrected spiritually like to leave my old life and be new… Not physically out but I do get images and unbearable thoughts. Sometimes not sleeping can shatter you mentally and it’s hard to cope.

They repeat it all day long knowing you could only follow their command just one time.
Best to give them a one-way ticket to some place far on the otherside of your country.
Use greyhound bus if you can, they turn a one hour drive into a seven hour trip.
