ignore and divert your attention to something pleasant when you hear something awful like that…sorry…I don’t suffer from voices anymore but that’s what I do when I get a bad intrusive thought.

One time a few years before I got sick I thought I was gonna die so I said good night to my dad and went to bed thinking I was gonna die that night but I woke up the next day.

Ive never had voices but I know shutterbug said don’t interact with them .

My voice tells me if I kill myself then there will be world peace and environmental restoration, and that I will become a singularity when I kill myself…utter bullpoo and a sign I need to up my Zyprexa (which I did after talking to my pdoc this morning). Don’t listen to the voices!
