If voices were able to kill you they would have already done it. They are here to torment us. Ignoring them is the best course of action.

I agree with Andrey. The voices are here to torment us and try to make us hurt ourselves or others. Ignore them. Don’t let them win!

I wish I could visit my therapist and tell her all these things. She had a way to interpret such ideas
This time I preferred to order books again than going to my therapist. Anyway I’m waiting for the disability money and then I will be able to order books and also to see my therapist
My voices (Alien) threatens to use me to kill my loved ones. He inserts his fantasy into my head and tries to make me to believe I’m evil. But he is. But over the years I’ve come to realise he’s just blowing hot air and I don’t have to obey him. Still it’s scary though - especially when he threatens to take over. I can literally feel the shift and I’m terrified I’d lose my mind to him.
Fortunately a higher dose of amisulpride helps!

She would interpret such ideas and voices, as subconscious projections, subconscious needs and metaphors

Yes as I wrote in a thread yesterday, voices of demons want me to kill and get killed. But that thread got locked. I don’t know why

Sometimes. She interprets truman show delusions, matrix, solipsism, video game delusions etc. And I find some of these explanations as justified and reasonable

Maybe you can try to interpret them? It sounds like normal torture. They can’t stop your heart.

My voices have squeezed my heart multiple times once they almost killed me I got weak and almost passed out like I was being choked, if they didn’t stop i would have died. It takes someone with great skill to do it and most people probably dont know how to do it so I wouldnt listen, if they wanted me dead I would be dead but they like messing with me too much the play toy would be gone if they succeeded.
Maybe in 50 years when you die of old age. But your voices will try and take the credit

I picture when im 90 randomly hearing voices chime in . “your gonna die were gonna kill you”
Me - ‘well duh im gonna die im like 90 lol nice try boys’. Then they will probably grumble and tell me to screw off or something

I believe thats some sort of somatic hallucination.
Many years ago My voices used to make me shake on the ground for hours or tried to make my stomach pop.
