The military has issues getting it’s hands on your private medical records. Lots of people have clean slates when they join. Just don’t break the law(UCMJ) if you join and use a mental illness as an excuse and you should be good.
I really do have lots of respect for it though.

I tried to enlist in the Army when I was getting ready to graduate high school…guess what, they don’t want people who are on Haldol and Lithium. That was 1992, tho.
