I’m at the dentist office a little nervous. I need to go because I been having tooth aches and such, this sucks. It’s been 2 years since I went to the dentist!
I just had 6 teeth drilled yesterday. Wasn’t fun, but no pain and great results.
I have gone to the dentist several times in this year. I like to go to the dentist.
@nfy Wow, I’m glad it turned out well. My insurance apparently doesn’t cover dental… Oh well.
@mjseu Do you really? I don’t it flicks my hypochondria on, LOL.
They always seem to wanna charge me a ton of money on procedures when I go to the dentist. My old dentist wasn’t like that. They just cleaned ur teeth for cheap and that’s it. This new dentist is way professional doesn’t take my insurance and charges out the arse. We’re trying to find a Medicaid dentist.
Watch out for if you have gum disease. Paradontil disease. Idk it may be worth it but if they don’t take your insurance it’s a lot. It’s just a very deep cleaning. Me and my dad both had it done.
I need to make an appointment. Haven’t gone in 8 months. Should be going every 6 months.
er…um, it’s a good thing I have stong teeth, it’s been, about…
7?
9?
years…
since I’ve been to the dentist.
Before those few times, I was 13 years old the only time before-3 times exactly.
I’ve never had a problem with gum disease as all my gums are cute and pink. But I still need to get a cleaning sometime here. I don’t have anything hurting though but I heard older folks in the past say “don’t ■■■■ around with your teeth.”
I go every six months. I’m more scared to go to a regular dr. then the dentist.
@Csummers Thats a long time, but as long as you brush your teeth I’m sure you are ok. Don’t quote me on it though.
@ThePickinSkunk I have bad teeth, around two months ago I had 3 cavaties F***! Oh well. I’m glad you take care of them. My mother says the same thing and I believe her.
@anon12381882 I’m suppose have been going since last year but insurance is being a pain in the a**. I’m nervous about doctors in general… Except psychiatrists.
I haven’t been in about 2 years. I really need to go, but I need to find a new dentist office and it’s hard.
What? I just started brushing the tartar off. Last time I went she charged me $250 for a cleaning. becoming business people instead of doctors. get rich quick off these poor suckers!
@LED Wow, hopefully your teeth are healthy… Man I hate the drills and the anesthesia shot.
@gobeyond Yeah I to some extend agree. They charge way to F******* much.
Not too long ago a large van came to our assisted living center and gave us all a lot of needed dental care. Anyone who had a dental problem they treated. I got a crown myself. I’ve been meaning to write a letter to the paper giving them a long overdue thanks.
That sounds real nice of them! You should consider doing it, they would greatly appreciate it.
I’m not scared of the dentist working on me,
I was a dental assistant in college.
I haven’t been in a few years just because I’m afraid of all the cavities I might have,
I don’t want to have to pay a ton to get them fixed.
And yes, I know that’s not helping.
@GoldenRex I think having healthy teeth is awesome but I’m just a big hypochondriac. I hope you get the help, because tooth pain is horrible.
yah she ripped me off because i had cash. they are OK actually.
Wow that is major assy of them. Sorry to hear. They charged me 45$ per cavity… Eeeeh not bad but I mean I have to before it gets outa hand
But how much just to be seen? One time I paid 300 just to have a pulled. The anesthetic didn’t take for a long time.
