Night terrors are much worse than nightmares. I’m so sorry you deal with that.

I have gotten those! I hate those especially because you think you’re okay when you “wake up” but really your brain is still fooling you.

I just got up, too…it’s 3:45 AM in Alaska right now. I haven’t been sleeping so well since i went off meds. Maybe next week my pdoc and i will find a better med to try. It’s 34 F degrees out! Snow will be here soon.
