I could not help it, for some reason i take my sleeping pills, i get real tired about an hour later, i sleep for an hor, i sleep on and off for a few hours, and then i am up till about 3 or 4am. So this morning i did not get up till 10:30 am, went down to get my morning meds and the nurse was not happy with me, i went back to my room to try to wake up, the next thing you know it was after 2 in the afternoon. Tonight i am not taking my sleeping pill because i felt drugged for the rest of the day, i am just waking up now and it is 7pm. I did take the rest of my meds, that should help me get some sleep, but i do not like this drugged feeling carrying on till most of the next day, depending on when i get up. So tonight is the test.

I’ve been alright these last couple days waking up at noon. But for the week before I was sleep from 7am to 4 or 5 pm. Don’t really have any reason to keep it consistent. Alone time isn’t to bad, makes me really hate my voices, but it’s better then hearing the ■■■■ other people seem to say.
it’s 1.20am here in the uk and i just woke up after going to sleep at around 10pm. that’s probably my sleeping done for the night. i’ll stay up to get maxim up for school at 6am then grab a couple of hours once i’ve dropped him off at around 8.30am. i cycle like this for a few days then sleep all night for a couple of days then it’s back to being up all night.
