yes how about time ? How do you spend time ?
I spend most of the time thinking of the present moment. how about you ?
I like to do activities outside like gardening and just walking or working out. Hang out with friends. Read some things. I also do creative things like drawing. Help out in my community
that amazing you accomplish so many tasks.
Actually I am not recovering, I am deteriorating .
If in time I don’t act and keep my mind busy,
I wouldn’t be able to make even a proper sentence.
Since I take meds, with time I need to keep up with things.
Else the meds, will eat away my brain cells,
if not on meds, my brain will consume itself.
I feel best is to be on meds and get active !
What do you think of the above ?
Are there support groups in your area where you can go to? That’s how I got active. You can do activities with like minded people, also learn to manage your symptoms and get more structure in life. Sitting inside and being consumed by thoughts is detrimental to your mental health and body.
I feel to keep them as last resort, what if even they turn against me ?
I feel already the whole world is against me for the things I do/did.
where ever i go people go against me, i know its the condition.
also where ever I place my head into, there is always something in the story line, that plots against me.
You already have insight that it’s the condition that convinces you that everyone is against you. So I think you made like the big first step. Most probably a lot of the people with a similar condition had the same and can tell you how to overcome it and manage it
its a daily struggle / task filtering out thoughts, over which parallel, need to have a job and earn for a living, i felt for me only part-time would work well. else my own gig. So what are your field of expertise ? I went today to do some task socially unfortunately i was very late usually i go on same time previously.
I have only worked as a social worker before I got ill. Now I am slowly getting into peer support.
The overthinking I understand because of all societal expectations. You can get there but take one step at a time. Is there an ips traject you can follow?
