Normally I read and listen to music, but today I feel too depressed. Wellbutrin was working for a while, but apparently not anymore.

Cook from scratch especially things that are simple like veg soup

Usually you get addicted to something affordable or go insane. I fill my time with smoking (spacetravel). But it starts with your birthdays. The parents space you out with chocolate cake and lemonade. I was easy till i was forced to say thank you and please for stuff I don’t wanted in the first place. Later someone put alcohol in the punch. I don’t know, living at peace somewhere away in a commune or as a hermit, away from the taxes and drug laws. I wouldn’t be bored growing my own weed, tabbaco and distilling the occasional plonk.

I have about half a dozen activities I regularly turn to. I feel bored part of the day almost every day. The reason may be so that I can reflect on what is truly important and not waste my time on activity without a purpose.
I wonder sometimes if I need activities which last for a little longer which would be like maintenance activities. I think of such things as reading for 45 minutes, writing an essay for about an hour. Some say I need a hobby.
Good for you that u keep busy
I learned from a book about hermits living in desert. A toothache could be blessing for boredom, or on the ships, the seaman cut holes in their socks and fixed them. People go to extreme measures. Maybe carve firewood for winter, count confetti or something.
The day drags along for me. The night is more enjoyable. I have so much time that I spend most of it in bed or sitting in front of my computer smoking cigarettes. I rarely do other things, espacially when reading is not an option anymore because of my insomnia.
