Who is overweight and looking for help

I have completed my first diary. 1800 calories daily is my goal.

I am surprised to find out that walking leisurely for 20 minutes cannot burn all the intake of calories from drinking 200ml full cream milk. Must drink less milk.

I’m proud of you. And yes I got the lower fat milk in response to learning about it on myfitnesspal.com

I like myfitnesspal.com. It exactly is what I need as I am overweight and almost obese. I am excited about counting calorie tomorrow. My stomach starting to shrink now…
