Hi folks. I am on clozapine on dosage 237,5 mg / day and I was wondering who here is on clozapine and on what dosage ?

i’m on 225mg / day. been on that for a long time.

I’m on 300mg. Makes me sleepy

i am on 75 mg but also on amisulpride 600 mg

Amisulpride is also a great med. Do you have prolactin isues? I was on amisulpride but had to discountinue becouse my prolactin levels were to high.

I had to quit it too but for QTc heart issues

Was a good med

Tolerated it well and it didn’t do too badly symptom wise

Yes I do, i am thinking of changing meds in a couple of months, discontinuing clozapine, reduce amisulpride to 200 mg a day and add cariprazine, which are both good for negative symptoms and cariprazine is dopamine partial agonist so in theory it could reverse high prolactin issues. Hopefully, it will still work on the positives. Good luck!

I am on 100mg in the morning and 175mg at night. I do have an antidepressant and a mood stablizer mixed in too though.
