I took clozapine for a week. I wasn’t able to notice any positives because it caused me to faint a lot. I don’t think it’s a bad med. It’s not for everyone.
I just started clozapine recently. I have some improvement, although it has only been two weeks.
i am on clozapine (225mg a day) and it really helps me a lot. but i have to take it in combination with risperdal consta. So far my positive symptoms have become a lot more manageable.
I’m on 300mg clozapine,
along with chlorpromazine and haldol.
Some days i have symptoms,
others not.
So i can’t tell.
Rather helpful, i would say
I quit my 25 mg of clozapine 2 days ago. It wasn’t working anymore anyway. I was awake most of the nights.
My voices haven’t been louder. I’m very happy with that and hoping it lasts.
I’m on clozapine 300 mg. It helps me with my voices but even more helps with the suicidal ideation. It’s given me tachycardia and I want to sleep a lot on it. I also used to drool but fixed that with sublingual atropine drops.
It is the best medicine for positive symptoms so far.
I take it just for sleep. So far is working.
@anon17326926 are you able to sleep nights?
I go to bed at 6-7 pm and wake up between 1 and 2 am
I’m still feeling alright. Hoping that it’s a turning point.
