I take a Multi vitamin daily - its designed for people over 50 years of age.
I also take extra vitamin D3, because i have a deficiency.
Im thinking of either adding a B complex vitamin supplement or replacing the multi vitamin with a B complex - I dont know yet.
I dont know if I am going to take the prescribed mega doses of L Methyl Folate to combat my depression - my system is way too sensitive for mega doses of vitamins.
Supposedly according to some herbal medicine practitioners, mega doses can counter other vitamins and cause unnecessary imbalances of other nutrients in the body.
I think the best way to get nutrition is by eating real food.
I took megadoses of niacin, and because my hep c, I noticed yellowing of my eyes and skin which can be a deadly sign for people with hep c. Stopped taking after a couple days.
I take fish oil and omega-3, lately I’ve been taking vitamin e to see if it affects my libido, I bought some b vitamins at the Dollar Tree, but I quit taking them.

I drink a healthy can of LIQUID AWESOME every day. I should probably seriously try omega 3 or something though with how I get nagging dysphoria at random lately. I know why it happens but I used to be able to say instead of getting sad I get awesome.
I used to take vitamin d3 1k IU, but i stopped it. It was making me panic/anxious. Maybe i will try someday again. I read somewhere vitamin D produces more dopamine, which for us psychotic patients is not good.
Thinking of adding nicotine via patch or vaping, but that’s about it. I really miss nicotine. This is probably stupid, but a person needs to have some sort of vice.
