the d3 is what helps me in the winter

I take Vit D and occasionally Vit C if I’m feeling stuffy. I also use L-Theanine and Green Tea Extract supplements.

I take a multivitamin designed specifically for people over 50 years old.
I also take separate vitamin D capsules and prescription strength omega 3 fish oil capsules.

I have a vitamin d deficiency.

I’d get blood tests every so often though. Especially if you’re taking a multi vitamin with iron. The iron can accumulate in you blood. That happened to me.

@Jonnybegood I just noticed that your multivitamin contains iron.
Iron is not healthy if you don’t have a deficiency, especially for males.

I would choose a multivitamin that doesn’t contain iron.

I take a women’s multivitamin for over 50. Doesn’t give me any extra energy like I hoped it would, but I figure it can’t hurt so I keep taking it.

I don’t take a multivitamin but I take Vitamin D because my bloodwork showed that I am deficient in that.
