Which vitamin supplements do you take daily?

I did say it was stupid. And yet it calls out to me.

That’s odd because they work great for me. Do they just not affect you at all? There’s plenty of documented results for some of them.

I tried like,

NAC, Niacin (high doses), Citicoline, Lions mane, L-carnitine, L-theanine, SamE, BioFolate, Folic acid, Bacopa, Magnesium, Zinc, P5P, B12 Sublinguals, Thiamine, Sarcosine, Ginseng (different kinds), Coq10, Various herbal supps, Various different Multi-vitamins, B-complexes, Different fish oils (some high EPA), Multi Minerals, Liquid form trace minerals from sea), I even ate Salmon every single day for 3 months because apparently theres good trace minerals in it for bipolar.

honestly probably sooooo many more I took, but thats just off the top of my head lol.

yeah, I even tried to just will myself to thinking it will help. i did not find any benefit.
sometimes sarcosine seemed like it woke me up a bit. but after a while i didnt notice anything and it was inconsistent for me.

That’s strange. I know we each have different chemical makeups and sleep and diet can also play a role. I didn’t think they helped for a while but this is actually the first time I’ve had really good results and the science research results speak the same. I don’t touch caffeine myself or any other drug. I hope you find something that works for you.

I have little faith in prepaired supplements as well, I do however have faith in natures ability to heal. There are elemental classes of natural medicine and I know that this class (includes pomegranets, rosehips etc.) Can be of help for mental health issues by greatly reducing oxidative stress. We know that physical stress can contribute to poor mental health without question. The best source is natural.
