I Think this treatment option could be better than other options but I don’t think that it will cure schizophrenia.

I was under the impression that it won’t be for another couple of years. 2024, at least. And then that will only be for USA.

Then to get other countries approval takes a further few years depending on their rules.

Caplyta, for example hasn’t had approval in Europe or UK as yet.

If you read carefully he is asking when it will come out not if it is a better treatment option or if it will cure schizophrenia.

They are both in phase 3 clinical trials that are still recruiting patients.
The company for KarXT said it Hopes to make an NDA application in mid 2023. The application review is about 9 months. So there might be a USA decision in early 2024 for their drug.
Some trials for ulotaront are expected to end in early 2023, but one trial is expected to run until early 2024. If they can apply based on trials ending in 2023, the drug Might be approved in 2024. The company is not publicly guessing yet.
Both drugs will be quite expensive. It will take time for insurance to develop policies about when to pay for these expensive meds. If a patient is stable, doctors might be reluctant to switch to these.

Karxt probably in 2024.
I currently wanna try caplyta as i hear its the weakest antipsychotic. Wish we had some ppl who tried karxt and ulotaront

So the annual report for fiscal 2021 has a target / guess of fiscal 2024 (April 2024-March 31 2025).
