What's your diet plan?

I really don’t have one right now. It’s depressing sometimes. I worked out dieting lost 50 lbs had to change meds now a year of hard work doesn’t show so well anymore. I tried to return to oats veggie and fruit blend just can’t stick with it. Now I’m just trying to eyeball my calories.

I just try to eyeball my calories too. I also get a little exercise. Maybe one of these days I’ll start to make an effort to lose some serious weight.

I don’t have a diet plan, just try to eat less. Don’t calorie count as, to be truthful, counting up all the calories is too laborious for me. Calorie counting self prepared meals can be difficult ie tracing calories for all the ingredients and then scaling to the amounts used. At least with a ready meal calories for the meal are written on the box.

i’m just trying to cut portion sizes and relax as much as i can, i want to be able to relax without thinking about it, i need to come down from that fight or flight response, my body needs to return to a normal state.

I try to eat less than 1500 calories a day and I manage to walk for at least half an hour a day.

I once weighed 235 pounds - I now weigh 184 lbs, so I lost a significant amount.

I plan on losing more.

Good job wave. Did you lose that much weight on meds? If you did then i salute you.
I once lost 16 kgs (35 pounds?) in 6 months. I was pretty proud of myself. That was before meds. When i was in hospital i gained weight i weighted 88 kg then i went to 79 kgs. It took me some time i was starving
Its really hard to lose weight on meds. Before meds it was easy. I now weight 80 kg.

My plan is 75 kg, but im stuck on 79/80 kgs for a few months now, my weight just does not want to go down xD At least im not gaining.

My diet plan is fantastic. My diet reality, not so much.

Sigh.

My diet is ketogenic, unfortunately I have to have the occasional pizza.

I go with the guy who posted he ate what he felt like eating. Sort of what daydreamer said.

**Me too! **
