Glutathione is an antioxidant as are vitamin C or vitamin E. It helps to strengthing the immune system. It is significant because it is involved in a number of important biochemical pathways in the body. It helps to detoxify the body of certain substances, it is important in iron metabolism, is used in DNA synthesis and repair, and regulates nitric oxide handling.
It lets me concentrate. I use it to read books, write poetry, listen to music, watch TV etc.

That’s a misconception. When you try it initially, it provides a “drunk-high” type of feeling. If you continue taking it, you’ll realize you need more and more of it to give you that feeling back. However, it has anti depressant and anti anxiety properties that are beneficial and will remain if you stay on it. The reason people cycle it is to get that euphoric feeling back.
It is, however, addicting and you’re right about that. But it’s benefits are still there if you continue taking it.
