Exactly. Short grip, reverse.
One. That is all.
My record for push-ups is four. Pretty expressed with that number.
Once for a fitness test I did over 300 sit-ups. Couldnāt move the next day.
Working out is hell for me. Iād rather papercut the webs of my fingers and toes.
i cannot do pull ups at all. maybe two was max when i tried in middle school gym class. my strength is disproportionately concentrated in my legs rather than my arms
How many minutes did it take you?
At one point I think I could do 100. But the more muscle you have, the heavier you are, and the harder it is to pull yourself up.
But just eating protein and not working out will not help you be fit. It might actually have adverse effects if you take too much. A nutrition teacher once told me that in certain cases you can start to smell like fertilizer. Also protein is in your plasma and if you have too much of that it can affect your health.
Iāll keep it in mind thanks @anon1571434
The actual use of your muscles, breakdown, hypertrophy and recovery of the fibers is what increases the size and workload of muscles. Thatās where protein is absorbed to heal muscles. But I totally agree about eating protein and the not working out part.
The most pull-ups I remember doing was like 14-19 until I couldnāt do anymore and that was like 10 years ago. Not sure how many pull-ups I can do now.
Thanks for the advice @anon35453467
Thatās easy. Zero. Iāve also done zero pushups. I just donāt have the strength in my arms.
I thought you were in the Air Force @SkinnyMe?
