I’ve made this topic once before but it’s been awhile.
What’s something you would like to change about this forum if you could?
I personally would like to get like 3 deletes a day instead of one. I also think the swear filter could be abolished since everyone finds away around it anyway. For the most part I like the setup though.
Religion / political talk.
I love flame wars. That is like the spice of a forum.
the thing that bothers me the most
is that when you mute and ignore someone,
you can still see their thread titles
does not make sense to me
instant chat on each comment, so it’s personal, and not public, or bound to get you suspended.
Elimination of certain censored words. Let people say what they want. The forum is for people 13+, I think we can at least allow what’s allowed in PG-13 movies.

Gawd, it was so thought-provoking.
I think our moderators are good people, but the process of becoming a moderator lacks transparency and accountability.
The moderators say that they are chosen by @SzAdmin but I don’t believe that. I think they’re chosen by other moderators. It’s all a secret and lends itself to bias and impropriety. Also, I remember a moderator claim that she “could not be suspended” because she was a moderator. In other words, moderators are above the community guidelines. This is pure contempt.
This is the worst part of an otherwise excellent website.

I honestly have no idea how the mods are chosen. I guess I haven’t been long enough to see the process happen. All mods were here before me.
I think we should be able to talk about some of the forbidden topics. Would be so much fun.
we’re hear now cuz they changed everything from the old server,
we’d have no access for weeks, it wasn’t reliable. Idk if changes now would do the same.
I think there’s enough religious talk considering the extra precautions people take to actually talk about it without mods taking action I feel its good enough as is.
If it wasn’t in, I could see the forum becoming very polarized along religions. Politics just no.
I don’t expect any of the suggestions in this thread to actually happen. Just a hypothetical.
nah, totally disagree. Religion is deep-rooted, and unless you got your head in a hole, politics is every day.
i wish it was impossible to post selfies, i know, it is not really possible to stop that, just saying though
Technically they could…all they would have to do is say they are off limits and then delete them when posted, just like they would porn or anything else offensive. I don’t see them doing that though.
