I would advice you to watch pawn sacrifice, its a bit about madness, yeap…
ohh, yeah- ''a scanner darkly" too is a movie about the psychosis
Donnie Darko is about time travel…
Yeah. It’s about time travel. Character trait =/= main plot. It’s one of my favorite films.
Did you watch the second one…Donna darko…
This scene reminds me of it!
omg, mine was The X-Men, I can’t remember which episode, but it was the one where Magneto gives a speech to the mutants about accepting their “evolution” or whatever. Here’s the audio (no video, sorry)
The orderly had to come in repeatedly to tell me to stop standing on the chair. I can’t remember my reasoning at the moment for standing on the chair, but it might have been either a low volume on the elevated tv or just total enthusiasm for the speech by Magneto.
It, too, fed my delusions.
True, specifically the paradoxes concerning time travel. Literally, in a nutshell, the inevitability that one cannot change ones destiny. Although, I’m inclined to disagree and think the approach to such a theory is a narrow-minded one…
Oh god imagine the pain of picking out a movie to watch with everyone from the forum…that didn’t trigger at least one person…
I think that our destinies are set in stone, UNLESS there were time travel. Then we could change our destinies. But without tIme travel, the space time continuum says our destinies are set in stone. Like Alan watts said you can’t change your thoughts because you are your thoughts. Kindve the same concept. But then again it would be our destiny to travel and change time. I believe in free will and determinism at the same time.
Would that also be applicable to dimensional travel and alternate time-line travel as well?
Lmao our movie nights would be so terrible
I couldn’t think of many movies that wouldn’t trigger at least a few people…lol movie night would probably suck…
Right? Could be fun though lol
Yes, you’d have a whole room full of people at the climax of the matrix going, “holy ■■■■, I’m the One!”
It would be weird…maybe we all could wear masks with our user name on a name tag…and watch my little pony…or some Disney movie…lol
I’m ctfu at how accurate this is
Studio Ghibli! That would be fun and trigger-free
You think seeing invisible Totoro nature spirits is trigger free… Lol… Oh I get it. Sarcasm.
Clean, Shaven (1993)
This film is about a young man with schizophrenia who is desperately trying to get his daughter back from her adoptive family.
Highly recommend.
