What lowers blood pressure

I exercise everyday but my blood pressure is little high 139/97, any advice will help.

have you spoken to your dr about it? there could be a specific cause for it?

yea i take high blood pressure pills lisinopril and amlodipine

If you’re overweight that can raise your blood pressure. Once I lost a good amount of excess weight my blood pressure came right down

I bit overweight 261 to be exact want to be 200 then ill be happy.

Beta glucan, again. High blood pressure is usually correlated with high blood sugar. Lowering blood sugar will lower blood pressure.

but its very hard for me because you know antipsychotics messes with the metabolism, but im losing weight slowly.

Yes, they do. So I restrict calories and exercise 5 days per week. It works.

I often get asked about my blood pressure because I take amlopidine for Raynaud’s.

Good but a hard goal omg, its not easy. lol. I pray to god to help my goals. it helps.
