What lowers blood pressure

I walk 10 kms a day and fast 16 hours a day. My blood pressure is 125 over 80 and pulse is 60. Doctor says blood tests are best she ever seen. I attribute this to daily walking and fasting

wow im jealous, i wish i was your weight. lol

Yeah lowering your blood sugar should work. Carbs in your system retain water which puts pressure on arteries. You could fast and/or low carb. Just be careful if you are on pressure lowering medication, it could go lower than you want.

Yea im try low carb diet, i dont know if im fasting or not but heres my diet, i take my medication, vitamins and supplements, in the morning i have 1 slice of honey wheat bread, 1 glass of vegetable juice, for lunch i have a can of tuna and protein bar, 1 glass of milk and dinner a glass of vegetable juice thats my diet.

Mine was higher than that. I lost 60 lbs, put away the salt shaker, and started walking daily. I’m now off all blood pressure meds and it’s a touch low.

So just remain on your diet until you reach the perfect weight for your BMI. Its so simple, yet most people can’t do it. It takes discipline!
