My schizophrenia type, right now is Residual.
It changed of Paranoid to Residual.

Paranoid schizophrenia. I went to see my pdoc today and she agreed to decrease my injection dosage from 117mg to 78mg, a decrease of 1/3. I am really happy about that.

They say sz is actually 4-8 distinct diseases. Sz isvery unpredictable thats why I take the different categories w/ a grain of salt. Even our pdocs don’t fully understand the condition. In future there will be better categories currently it is just not that well understood.
I’m right as rain when med-compliant…kookoo bananaspoons when I stop taking my pills.

I’m feeling a moderate type of paranoia right now, but not hearing many voices.
Is it normal to have some type of paranoia sometimes, even if you have Residual type, or sometimes this could occur in all types of schizophrenia?
Or is this a return to paranoid type? Or just because I took a lot of coffee?
I have schizoaffective disorder depressive type.

I have paranoid schizophrenia.
My diagnosis had been changed from treatment resistant schizophrenia to schizoaffective disorder depressive type after i met a chinese pdoc.

Paranoid thanks to my delusions of persecution.
I had Bipolar then I had Schizophrenia with Paranoia and now they think I might have Delusional Disorder. I still have paranoia that is related to my chronic delusion. I don’t know what I have but I am delusional and I have paranoia related to my delusion.
Years ago when I was first diagnosed, I was told i had undifferentiated sz, then it changed to paranoid sz. Since my relapse and re-diagnosis in 2013, it is now still paranoid sz.
Not sure. Paranoid I think. Never asked.
