My dad used to get Havarti, a semi-soft, kind of mild cheese. I tried it and I liked it. It’s really good, and really expensive.

I eat mozzarella sticks all the time. I like how they come in sticks.

I actually prefer stuffing my face with shredded mozzarella but that gets all over the floor and there is no dog here to clean it up.

I have a funny cheese story, in 1991 I was in Venice and I went to one pizzeria and ordered one pizza, then my pizza arrived and because I liked cheese I put a lot of cheese on my pizza, soon a waiter arrived and took cheese away and just mentioned ‘you did not order cheese’, I thought that was funny and pizza was good, I liked Venice quite a lot.

Gouda or Stilton with apricots. Lancashire cheese is good too.
