I like a French variety called Reblochon. They don’t sell it in Romania unfortunately, I sooooo miss it !

It depends what one is cooking or what the use is.
I love parmesan on spagetti bolognese.
Mozarella, blue mould cheese pasta i had once was lovely.
I have a smoked cheese at home now.
I loove goats cheese.
Its simply beautiful.
I ordered some online from my country they say i was born in along with other products but ive not received yet.
Its late. weeks late. hope get it soon.
I do not know so much about cheese.
Not far from where i live they have cheese factory and cheese tasting but ive never tried it.
Theres lots of lovely cheeses.
cant remember what other cheeses…ive tried and loved.
Im not fanatical about cheese but may eat most days on bread roll etc.
I was seriously disturbed about a man suggesting i stop eating cheese. 
he said im fatest woman he been with. he likes em slim.
We were seeing each other.
Thats enough to put me off a man i reccon.

There are many types of cheeses that I like. Mostly though I like pepper jack. Not an expensive cheese but I like somewhat spicy things.

Jalapeno jack is the cheese for me.
The smellier the cheese the better as far as I’m concerned. But it’s impossible to get smelly cheeses in supermarkets.
