Best of luck Anna. Sounds exciting.
I wanted to be an architect before I got sick.
Now I am starting a new job as a caregiver on Aug 5th. I hope that is good enough.
I think the thing I would love to do is be an advocate of some kind. Maybe a legal advocate or medical advocate. But standing up for the elderly or disabled would definitely bring me some satisfaction. I would have passion for the job and I would be good at it.
POTUS.
joking, not really
Come on @Three we need you at capacity to solve these world problems and lead us into something… Waiting on Gumby to run for president on the platform of free PEZ.
I’d like to either work as a contract attorney, or a political scientist. But I know that those are out of the picture because of my decreased intelligence.
I would like to be a pdoc
I already had my dream job. Writer/author. I wrote freelance for years, from 2005-2017. I also had a fiction novel published in 2013. Been very slowly working on the sequel.
With me it is more a matter of what I wish I had done rather than what I’d want to do. Sometimes I wish I had become a wildlife ecologist or a game ranger, where I just poked around various ecosystems taking measurements. That would be the life for me.
I’m a writer and artist but my dream job is to do this without avolition. I love to work from home in creative job. I would like to publish my books and sell my art. Eventually.
Wouldn’t mind working in a bookshop or health food shop either.
Actually a comedian could be my dream job or comedy somehow but I avoid people and am not funny like that so cant but that would be a fun job if one was successful and enjoying it and free etc
But I am happy and thankful to be on the pension.
Comedy is alright. Hopefully you’re on disability so you can 100% focus on studying it.
Push hard in that direction and you can get somewhere. It’ll get really boring at times but you need to keep that goal in mind.
I have no career goals.

I’m happy and thankful being on the pension and volunteering a bit.
Realistically I can’t even make a bag by myself.
I volunteer at boomerang bags and the girls have to show me how to sew.over and over.
I also volunteer at Salvation Army.
Volunteering is great, but think bigger.
If I were content with pursuing comedy and only comedy, I’d do some kind of easy part time thing and study comedy the rest of the day, until I can make money from it.
A parallel me might be doing something just like that.
i used to want to be a diabetic coach.
but i dont suit it.
thinking about food so much might trigger binge eating
and also ppl are not prepared to accept my views on healthy eating anyways
it just would not work really
though i am interested in it
and social anxiety…
Criminal defense attorney
Local politician so I don’t have to travel
Entrepreneur
CIA
Retired with unlimited cash so I could travel
Find your passion. Narrow it down. If you don’t have one, just try random things. Have to play in the mud to find something you like sometimes (metaphor for doing things you don’t necessarily want to do up front.)
If it’s fun enough, you can overcome negatives with it.
yea i will do that. idk if i will be in data entry forever, i just dunno yet to what my next step may be, if there is one…one things for sure though,it has got to stay reasonable stress levels.
thanks for sharing your advice ![]()
My dream job May be a care worker and sometimes palliative care for animals, humans and etc
I want this job in spirit but not in person (body).
I believe I can do it well.
Maybe I’m not for everyone though.

My dream job, psichology or pharmacist
