Every evening, when I cook at home, I serve myself a quarter to a half of a large plate of cooked veggies. I also have a half ounce of 72% dark chocolate for dessert. And anyone who eats with me gets the same.
Every morning I eat oatmeal, milk, bananas and coffee I donât know if thatâs healthy but itâs quick and easy. The milk is high protein milk.
