I have a glass of vegetable juice for breakfast, for lunch i can of tuna and protein bar and for dinner i another glass of vegetable juice and i have cheat meal ounce a week. Is this healthy way of losing weight. what do you guys do for your diet. let me know.
Maybe that is too little and not well-rounded?
My diet is horrible at the moment. Today a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast, one for lunch, sauerkraut meat and potatoes for dinner. My healthiest menu in ages though. Not trying to lose weight, though it would be nice.
I personally think eating a diet of whole food of varying food types is best.
yea its probably not enough but i want to lose weight fast though.
Understand. I think it is best to lose in a healthy and sustainable way though. Make sure you get enough of all you need. Sometimes faster isnt always better.
Protein drinks, hard-boiled eggs whites, wraps with deli meat and lettuce and hot sauce, pastas, sometimes ground turkey or chicken with frozen veggies and coffeeeeeeee
yea you right maybe i need eat more.
If I remember correctly not eating enough can slow down your metabolism, just make healthy choices as often as you can instead just my opinion.
My diet is average. Not very healthy and not too unhealthy.
what do you recommended me eating.
Well everyone is different, first off what do you like to eat? You can probably eat what you like and make minor adjustments to make it more healthy. But off the top of my head, whole grains, low fat dairy products, lean meats like turkey and chicken, increase fruit veggie and protein intake.
How about i add oatmeal to my breakfast and dinner is that enough, i just want to lose weight fast. also feel full too.
Sounds like a good idea, oatmeal is healthy and if you can afford it steel cut oats are like top notch.
Oatmeal is good, it has soluble fiber so it will make you feel full. Also it reduces cholesterol which is good for blood pressure.
Just ate a few sour patch candies before breakfast. Now gon eat a rice dish and have a coffee.
okay im going to add oatmeal to my diet. one bowl for breakfast and one bowl for dinner.
I love candy but im a diabetic so i cant have sweets.
I mainly don’t eat/drink sugary foods because of my diabetes. There are some carbohydrates I don’t eat as well. Otherwise my diet is so so. My 23 and Me DNA testing shows I’m at slightly increased risk of Celiac Disease, so I’m debating if I should go gluten free.
I stopped with the ‘junk’ food last week.
My calorific intake is good, hopefully it is not high enough to stop me from losing weight as I’d like to be 51 to 55kg by the end of next year
Can you even call those meals? Sounds like you’ll end up with lots of vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
One meal a day most days. Mostly low carb. Not enough protein often. Expensive.
