Im curious as to what you all eat regularly. Do you follow rules of some diet or maybe you only have one meal a day? What type of foods do you regularly consume?
Every week I buy
- Sourdough pizza
- Beef Lasagne
- Spaghetti carbonara
- Spaghetti bolognese
- Pasta, Tuna and cheese (I make that, the rest are ready made)
- Roast dinner (At parents on a Sunday)
- Wednesday Night dinner is roulette, as my parents come here and I try and change things up a bit, but yea, it’s usually very simple as I can’t make meals properly
My junk food is normally gone in the first 2 days of shopping arriving
But since I started working I have been eating apples and bananas
The dog like a bit of apple too
For dinner I have different types of meat I rotate on. Chicken, pork and beef. I make sure to eat a little fish too. Veggies and potatoes usually with the meat.
I was a vegetarian/pesecetarian but I started eating meat some months ago.
Porridge, noodles, bread, eggs, broccoli, coffee, rice. I’m vegetarian.
Overnight oats for breakfast.
Two coffee with soymilk.
Fruit for lunch.
Some yummy drinks.
Dinner is often vegan butter chicken with rice or vegan schnitzel with potatoes and gravy or mushroom stroganoff with taglliae or two minutes noodles and vegetables….
I eat a vegan diet for the animals and environment.
Energy drinks, eggs, chips, power bars … yeeesh kinda sounding bad ATM haha
Maybe I should work on that
I plan on buying things I normally eat after the move right now it’s just whatever we have and is fast
Chilli con carne. Beef stew. Soaghetti cRbonara. Chicken alfredo. Egg chips and beans.
I like to have dinner at five. I’m currently out of breakfast foods.
Thanks for your replies. I usually try to buy salads, eggs, bread, tuna, ice cream, shrimp, tv dinners, apples and bananas, cookies. Sometimes I go out to eat. Usually a burger or pizza. I have to change my diet to lose weight so I don’t get diabetes. I’m pre-diabetic.
Ha, Mason might even enjoy having some bananas too!
