What excersize you do?

Whats your favourite excersize to do huh??

I suppose mine is take a short jog.

In the summer starting soon I try to walk 8k every week. And I will be starting yoga soon.

I like to work my legs most. I also like to jog. in my garage I have a deadlift platform and squat rack and a bunch of dumbbells, im lifting my whole body but my favorite exercise is probably hamstring curls.

Running stairs, and bench press are my favorites. Running stairs helps me to lose weight while bench press can help me get sronger.(it’s also easier than squats and dead lifts.)

Swim laps for an hour at the YMCA.
1800 meters or so.

How many laps back and forth in the pool is 1800m?

Back and forth? 50 meters. So 36 laps, back and forth.
I split it into sets of 200. So 200 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, 50 kick. Repeat 3-4 times, with 200 meters cool down beginning and end.

Holy shiet. Pretty good and in 1-hour you say… Do you have a fitness tracker to measure your heart rate and calories burned?

I do. I have a Moov fitness tracker. It’s pretty accurate. It records and then syncs with my phone. I’ve been swimming all my life, my dad was a swim coach. But I’m not a very good swimmer, I’m just decent. Most people with a decent fitness level could do that amount in an hour if they had a intermediate or better swimming level.

I exercise on an elliptical to do my cardiovascular exercise. I need to wait a few hours before I do today’s session but here’s what I’ve recorded for the past 6 days.

Where I live it’s mainly hills and wooded areas. They are usually around lakes and rivers. I get to take my youngest son and pass on what I know about hiking and camping and fishing, plus some survival skills. Doing this makes me feel alive and happy. Just being in the moment
