I cycle for cardio and lower body.
When I’m not doing that I work my upper body with dumbbells.

I do 11,500 steps in the mornings. I jog for five or so minutes but am getting better but do some laps. I average probably 20,000 steps a day and do weight bearing exercise and with some free weights. I don’t go for bulk but condition!

You all are so good at exercising! I need to be doing physical therapy stretches for my back and it typically only takes 30 minutes but I barely do it twice mAybe three times a week. I tried starting exercising on a stationary bicycle before that for a couple of months and before that I did basically no exercise ever for years

I walk, that is my main exercise.

It’s easy to do, and I only need my two legs!

I like to play Beat Saber on the VR. It doesn’t even feel like exercise!
