I voted weight lifting, but I don’t actually exercise. But If I eventually get the gumption to show my face in a gym, that will be the way I exercise. Sorry, maybe I should have voted that I don’t exercise. I occasionally do push ups, etc.

I like to play sport but lately it’s weights. I also cycle and jog…just getting back on the bike so to speak but a change is as good as a holiday and I need to do more cardio.
Walking and VR gaming.

I can’t walk very well. So i usually just do some gentle stretches.
I like walking a lot because it’s relaxing to me. I’ve been meaning to walk to our library but our weather here has been kinda bad lately.
I prefer a bike when the dirt roads are good enough. I guess walking is second. But imaginary jump rope is easy and i don’t have to leave my yard so that good too.
Weights/calisthenics(pushups, ab workouts, jump rope, etc)
I’ve been doing a few front squats with low weight, along with a few pushups. I’ve lost a LOT of strength. I caught this guy’s COPD by standing in his cigarette smoke. God, that was stupid of me, but he deliberately gave me his disease. I know that because he bragged about it later. I would have stomped his ass, but he was dying of cancer, and you can’t beat up someone who is dying. He has since died, and wherever he is I hope he is very unhappy for a long time.
