I take medication and supplements. I also go to the gym once a week to walk the track.
I meditate and try to focus thru it to feel better.
Sometimes I take a quick nap. It works wonders !
I nap every day. It makes me feel better.
I defeat an army of goblins or win first place in a kart race online.
Also meds and sometimes I talk to other people . Low cost visits to California have also been fun! What would be really great would be to have a pet again.

I take my meds and I do things I like to do.
I talk.
You know me I’d talk to a tree and probably will find me doing it.
Seriously. I like to connect to people. Even if not feeling well I like to have someone to talk too. It helps. It really does. I’m never alone because I have friends I’ve known since highschool and family but I’m always having a chat!
I’ve had so many bad days where I’ve not wanted to turn up but I go to cricket and talk to people and play and it’s good…it really is.
Staying connected. Makes me feel better! It’s outside myself!

Sometimes if I had too much caffeine or feel down or didn’t eat right Tylenol helps. It actually calms me down and takes away emotional pain as well as physical pain. Or I take anti anxiety meds, put on lavender scents, meditate, take a hot shower then just lie in bed and relax, go hiking, etc.
Normally day hikes are the best thing to lift my mood. It is better be out along the coast somewhere than be stuck indoors all the time. I think sometimes when I am out there it is like I forget I have sz. To just be outdoors with nothing more to worry about than where you take the next turning.
I try to find someone to socialize with, even if it’s just through a computer screen
I exercise every day, and diet. Seriously helps your mental health.
I Think Theres Good tools like mindfulness and nature music. Also be in a calm place. Writing down your feelings can help. Talk to Someone With the same problem. I still havent found something that works fully. Hopefully i Will.
I listen to music on my headphones, or read. Ultimately I just try to distract myself.
I take my meds, stick to a routine and sleep at the same time every night. I find that having a routine helps me stay straight.
I also read the Bible and pray. My faith is a big part of my life.
When I’m in crisis I write letters to God in my notebook.
