I think maybe I use meditation too much to feel better.
Meditation doesn’t work for me, but I do like classical music and a cuppa. Tai Chi is also relaxing.

Things that help me are: music, crochet, knitting, art, writing, reading, cycling on my stationary bike, walking, and hatha yoga. I used to turn to food but I’m cutting back. It’s hard because eating is so easy and pleasurable.
For me exercise (running and dancing) helps. I feel happier and gain more energy after doing that. Sometimes it also helps me to write journals.
Music and video games.

i have lots of hobbies, gaming, playing instruments like piano and bass and making music, reading comics, also spending time with my dog helps me to feel better
