What do you do to feel better?

Listening to music
Walking to the library helps the depression

Sometimes itā€™s hard to start,but after six or seven pages hand starts to write on itā€™s own and I feel better.

I like to research how to make explosives out of household chemicals. Not that i ever would. But i just find it interesting - just in case i get that moment when that one person gets on my tits.

(And im no terrorist lol - i just like to know these things. Would never do such a thing lol)

Treadmill exercise twice a day for total two hours with six hour break. Helps a lot

I take my meds and try to get good sleep. Today I had a shower , the first one in a week and a half and I feel better now after being triggered this morning.

Started doing every day since I was feeling down and donā€™t have antidepressant atm

IDK. Save the world I guess. Find a cure for cancer. Eat way more Cheerioā€™s than I should.

To keep me good I mentally stimulate myself. Reading,writing
about philosophical answers. Wordpuzzles. Living a life in moderation.
At some point of my happiness I say to me, that is it, it canā€™t get better
than this and i feel better. Sometimes that mechanism of thought works.
