Sometimes itās hard to start,but after six or seven pages hand starts to write on itās own and I feel better.

I like to research how to make explosives out of household chemicals. Not that i ever would. But i just find it interesting - just in case i get that moment when that one person gets on my tits.

Treadmill exercise twice a day for total two hours with six hour break. Helps a lot

I take my meds and try to get good sleep. Today I had a shower , the first one in a week and a half and I feel better now after being triggered this morning.
Started doing every day since I was feeling down and donāt have antidepressant atm

At some point of my happiness I say to me, that is it, it canāt get better
than this and i feel better. Sometimes that mechanism of thought works.
