What do you do before going to bed to help you sleep better.
I do exercise games with my VR headset to tire me out.
I wait 'til midnight and do the next day’s Wordle and Word Hurdle.
I stare at ASMR videos sometimes
I listen to classic FM and read sometimes
I shower, brush my teeth, wash my face, and put on my pajamas. I usually take 10 mg of melatonin after meds are imbibed. Currently, this sun has me stuck in the house so i sleep a lot, when I’m not working.
Browse the forum or the net, which i shouldnt bc of screens
I avoid caffeine drinks a couple hours before sleeping
I don’t really have a nighttime routine or anything.
I’m just busy throughout the day with baby human so that normally gets me to knockout before 10pm. Most nights.
I would like to have a nighttime routine though
turn off the lights, carefully crawl in bed where my chihuahua is on the other side of the bed sleeping…oh and brush my teeth.
I brush my teeth, wash my face, do my face routine, put on lotion, then chat in the dark with hubby until one of us passes out. I love our late night chats.
I take a Diazapam frequently before bed, make a hot chocolate drink, have a cigarette then go to bed
I watch the news and eat a hungry man
Eat and take pills same time every night then read and listen to the radio. Keeping a schedule helps me sleep good.
I drop myself on a couch, tv on, and I get on this forum on the phone.
eat and watch documentaries on youtube
I finish off the work at office and take medicines and it makes fall sleep soon.

I try to have a long busy day that way I sleep better. Even if it’s just including some long bus journeys. Etc
I try to avoid caffeine and listen to some music.
That sounds nice and relaxing. Im jealous.
