Does anybody got good ideas for sleep

I’ve tried meds they didn’t work I’ve tried cutting back on coffee again didn’t work I use my CPAP machine any non medicine ideas to help me sleep at night usually I stay up till 3am and wake up at 11am I need to change that and please don’t recommend meds unless there supplements melatonin used to be a miracle now it doesn’t do nothing

Do some exercise before bed, it tires you out and you sleep better.

Thanks for the idea I’ve got excercise dumbbells however it’s not working maybe I’ll walk more and set my alarm for 9am maybe that will help because I do sleep just not at a good time

Daily walks, bedtime routine like reading or meditation,you can try putting 2 alarms in morning.
My doctor says sleep hygiene and doesnt give me meds. I sometimes Take melatonin though. Its hard but it can get better.

Try to turn off lights at least one hour before you want to fall asleep, don’t stay on the phone in the wee hours. What also helps me sleep is to not engage in games on the phone throughout the day and limiting my use of social media, I notice that as they go up, so does the number of times I wake up during the night.

I have chronic insomnia but I’ve found I get to sleep faster if I take a warm shower before bed. I also turn off everything including the phone a couple of hours before sleep and lay in the dark.

Thanks I think my phone is the problem tbh I’m on it a lot

I am to I lay in my bed 80 percent of the day on my phone to keep my thoughts distracted.

I lay in bed most of the day too, how do you stay positive? I can’t stay positive, i complain a lot

I just don’t even care anymore. I did at first but as the positives faded I’m glad to be laying around in peace I guess.

  1. Don’t drink coffee after 6PM.
  2. Don’t be around electronics an hour before bedtime.
