That’s a persecution delusion. They’re pretty common among people with schizophrenia.

I have delusions of reference, where I think I unrelated stuff has personal significance.

That my family and work people hate me or are against me (persecutory). Yesterday I called my mom and asked her about it, she was sad that I could ever think that about her. Anytime I share my delusions it ends up hurting someone. Schizophrenia hurts people.
