My greatest fears is flying on planes, and public speaking. Also people reading my thoughts because of my sz.
My greatest fears are financial.
Hard to explain, I have fear, but not a focused fear, I guess I don’t sit around thinking about what I fear, things are what they are, hopefully Life will be over before anything to nasty arrives.
Dying alone, ending up alone.
Getting Alzheimer’s all this and my mum dying.
My little dog dying.
Being humiliated.
I have phobias.
The phobia that I notice in everyday life is fear of suffocating, not being able to breath. I can’t dive, I can’t sit in saunas, I have to use nasal spray very often when I have a stuffy nose, I have trouble sleeping face to face with my boyfriend because inhaling his exhaled air freaks me out. I can’t even dip my head under water, unless it is in the shower (not tub).
I have a fear of needles, especially at the dentist. Oh and I have a phobia of dentists. I go to the dentist now, but only because I get a dentist that specializes in extreme phobias. I get special drugs and my dentist is also very good.
In Sweden you can apply for a card to the dentist if you have health issues (mostly psychotic disorders) that can affect your dental health. This lets me go to the dentist for like 12 dollars per visit, because you only have to pay the sum it costs to go to a regular doctor. But since I always have free doctors visits (for some unknown reason), I don’t have to pay a dime. I also get free APs, but that’s beside the point.

Public speaking, being in a fire,being homeless on the streets. The last one is very much on my mind at the moment .
Dying all alone 
Being stuck in an elevator with the music still going… the shivers yuck.
