What are you confident in? (if anything)

IDK if I have confidence. I just walk around or go to work figuring everything will be alright and everybody will leave me alone. It’s not always true but somehow when trouble starts I get through it. Believe me, you can accomplish a lot without confidence.

I’m not confident in anything. I’m not good at anything, really.

I’m confident in not giving up, so far. With trying to recover. Woop

I have major self confidence problem. I used to be confident when I was young about being good in school but I dont think I am even that anymore. Apparently that is a social anxiety problem not sz though.

I used to be really confident wen I was a younger teen. Like 10 to 13

When I was a teenager and a young woman up until age 40, I was confident in my physical attractiveness and sexual appeal.

Now, I’m pretty confident in my prayers.

I’m confident in my language skills, I suppose.
I don’t have much confidence overall. Years and years of people telling you you’re not good enough will do that to you

I’m confident in my ability to bounce back from stuff. I don’t have much else to be confident about, lol.

Before I was diagnosed, as a teen my confidence levels were through the roof. I used to drive aimlessly far away to remote places, exploring. I always found my way back home by just using the compass in my car. My confidence now is pretty low. I don’t think I could navigate my way around like I used to when I was a teen.

I’m confident enough to sing at my next birthday party. I figure, I always look like an a$$, I’ll just get up here and be the best man, the BETTER man. :v:t2:

I’m confident at loving.

Maybe in prayer but I’m not religious.:open_mouth::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m not super good at anything I can think of.

I used to be a really good writer, amoung other things. I’m not anymore but I am confident that it buried somewhere deep inside me that maybe it will come back someday. I would be in bad shape if it had not been for my previous skill set and prior accomplishments, it’s those concepts that get me through

Parenting. That’s about it.

I’m good at opening the batting in cricket. I could play higher grades even now if my eyes were a bit better but I do a job for the team. As an opening bat you have to face a brand new ball and usually their quickest bowlers. This year I’ve scored 200 runs at just over 20 average. That is not bad for a guy who’se soon to be 50.

I’m confident also in talking in case you might have missed it. I’ll talk to anyone, anywhere and anytime. I’m also very good at that even when psychotic…I just don’t make a whole lot of sense at those times.

No confidence on my end.

Cricket yes…is baseball still on the Olympic game list…???

I’m the same. That would be my one too.

I’m confident I’ll try to make people smile,

Instead of driving them to suicide.

(Sorry if too intense)

I wrote a journal prompt about my strengths the other day:

  • I try to get along with all types of people, including weirdos and republicans and others unlike myself
  • I care about people, my community, and the world
  • I like helping people
  • I’m generous with my friends and charities
  • I’m intelligent
  • I have a good sense of humor
  • I appreciate art and music keenly
  • I feel emotions strongly
  • I love easily

It’s a good exercise to make such a list for yourself. I need it because I’m constantly being shat on by the public at large. It’s a reminder of who I really am, not the preposterous caricature they try to beat me down with.
