Well that failed

My vegetarian diet has failed.

I thought it would be easy and smooth sailing as I don’t eat slot of meat anyway.

I was wrong. Week in and this weekend craving meat real bad. So I had some.

Still going to stick to cooking these delicious vegetarian dishes but I will have meat also.

Your body may have been telling you what it needed, making it more than psychological. Don’t beat yourself up. A diet heavy in veg and fruit is a great improvement.

If I wasn’t born into a vegetarian household I probably wouldn’t be vegetarian.

I say this cos I tried going vegan and it just takes a lot of energy to do I dont think I have that

I went vegetarian for one and a half year. But I felt worse on it than when I ate meat.

When I started eating meat again I could literally feel my health improving within the first week.

There are a few nutrients in meat that you can’t really get from plant based food.

I guess it differs from person to person how well the body adapts to not having meat though. Some seem to be fine with it.
